Financial Analyst (1-2 Years of Experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for an internship opportunity in our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, working alongside senior professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in preparing financial statements, performing variance analysis, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Help manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Perform variance analysis to identify financial trends, deviations, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior analysts and finance teams.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in accouting or finance.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, NetSuite, MS Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Previous internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
