Financial Analyst

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to support our growing developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to assess feasibility of projects.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on property prices, construction costs, and trends.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring across multiple developments.
• Prepare cash flow analyses and assist in financing strategies, including preparation of bank funding documents.
• Provide management reports and recommendations to guide investment decisions.
• Collaborate with project, sales, and senior management teams on financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CFA a plus).
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial analysis-real estate.
• Strong skills in Excel financial modeling.
• Knowledge of the real estate development cycle and financing structures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
