Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in financial planning, data analysis, and reporting. This role is critical in providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and highlight key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and presentations.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow, revenues, and expenses.
• Provide financial models to support business initiatives and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, etc.) to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/ACCA part-qualified preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, advanced formulas).
• Experience with ERP/Accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
