👤 Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus)
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Minimum 1 year of audit experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication across departments and cultures
• Professional, constructive, and solution-oriented customer communication skills

🛠️ What Will You Be Doing?

• Assist in analyzing and interpreting periodic financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, technical profit/loss, etc.),
• conduct basic analysis on credit portfolios, risk-weighted assets, and liquidity indicators,
• Calculate and interpret core financial ratios such as profitability, solvency, operational efficiency, and capital adequacy,
• Ensure financial analysis processes comply with regulatory frameworks
• Support the preparation of financial data requested during internal and external audits,
• Assist in creating financial analysis reports for senior management, audit committees, or the board of directors,
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries supported by visualizations (charts, tables, graphs),
• Collaborate with other departments such as accounting, actuarial, and risk management.
