About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing key insights, and supporting critical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports for management. Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processe
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, costs, profitability, and other relevant metrics.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze large datasets using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key financial performance indicators.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
• Technology and Automation
• Leverage financial software and tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho for accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
• Work with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the software or e-commerce industry.
• Clear communication of financial information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in any tools such as Power BI is plus
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
