Job Description Title: Financial & Revenue Analyst
Department: Operations & Finance
Reports To: Head of Operations (Michael Segura) & CEO (Dr. Christian Gonzalez)
Compensation: $35.00 per hour
Position Summary
The Financial & Revenue Analyst supports the organization's financial performance by analyzing revenue streams, developing forecasting models, and preparing accurate internal financial reports. This role provides critical insights for leadership decision-making and maintains financial models related to overhead, provider revenue distribution, and clinic performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, and a clean, structured reporting style.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Revenue & Profitability Analysis
- Calculate physician overhead distribution and APP cost attribution.
- Manage profit-sharing models for eligible members.
- Maintain detailed revenue breakdowns by clinic, provider, and ancillary service line.
- Analyze payer mix, reimbursement patterns, cash flow, and financial trends.
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
- Build forecasting models and monthly/quarterly financial projections.
- Assist with budget development, cost-containment planning, and operational financial strategies.
- Create scenario analyses to support leadership in decision-making.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare internal financial reports for the CEO, Head of Operations, and senior leadership.
- Present financial insights in a clean, concise, and actionable reporting format.
- Maintain and organize datasets across revenue streams, clinics, and service categories.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
- SQL or Business Intelligence experience preferred (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with CPT codes or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong understanding of managerial accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle analysis, or multi-clinic operations (preferred but not required).
- Prior work with financial models, forecasting, or revenue analysis.
