The Finance department’s primary objective is to act as stewards of the financial resources of the business. Allowing leadership to execute its vision, funding growth through innovation while reinvesting in human capital creating opportunities for our teammates.

Support the annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes including working with teams throughout the organization to create driver-based budgets/forecasts

Collaborate with Technology and G&A teams to forecast, track, and analyze operating expenses and capital expenditures

Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive cost optimization initiatives

Prepare Monthly Business Reviews to present financial results, KPIs, and budget variances

Leverage financial and operational data to build detailed reports, drive actionable strategic insights, and support business decisions

Prepare ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders to support thoughtful and data-driven decision making

Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting of financials through calculating accruals, proposing reclassifications, and performing variance analyses

Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial and operational data across various financial reporting systems and processes

Think critically about Finance processes to drive automation, efficiency, accuracy, and other improvements
- 3+ years’ experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting and/or corporate finance

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting/Finance Required

Experience with Planful, preferred

Experience with call center financial management, preferred
