Jagdish Hirani & Associates (J.Hirani) to bring on a Financial Analyst who will

help clients build strong foundations, chase growth, and scale operations.

About the Role

You’ll partner with client leadership to study their business, map market

opportunities, and recommend strategies that are practical and measurable. You’ll

also support implementation using project management methods to ensure results

stick.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth study of client organizations
• Map current and future market scenarios
• Recommend strategies for alignment, growth, and operations
• Design scalable operations to support long-term goals
• Facilitate implementation using project management tools

Qualifications

Must-haves

• MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Clear, confident communication and presentation
• Proficiency with office tools; basic project & team management
• Knowledge of markets, business models, strategy tools, and finance

Nice-to-haves

• Client-facing consulting exposure
• Experience facilitating change/implementation
