We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who brings strong experience and is ready to step into a more client-facing, advisory-oriented role.

What You’ll Do

• Own monthly accounting and financials for a portfolio of small business clients
• Support fractional CFO work including cash flow analysis, budgeting, and financial insights
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for some small business clients
• Explain financials in plain English and help clients understand what to do next
• Help improve processes and support junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of small business financials
• Comfortable working directly with clients and owning relationships
• Experience with Quickbooks Online
• Based in or near Cleveland and able to commute for hybrid work
