Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst with around 1 year of experience to support financial planning, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting trends, and translating data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, costs, and profitability
• Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Track cash flow, expenses, and working capital
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1 year of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
• Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic financial models)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or financial dashboards
• Progress toward CFA, ACCA, or CPA
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or SQL
