Financial Analyst

• Convert international leads through voice calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, and chat platforms.
• Explain fx trading services, strategies, company terms.
• Generate daily prospects through telephonic and digital communication.
• Handle client objections, follow-ups, and grievance resolution.
• Conduct basic client profiling and service orientation sessions.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Research teams for effective client support.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with global financial markets and current affairs.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
