Job Title: Finance Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning. The role involves working closely with internal departments to prepare, review, and monitor budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual and quarterly budgets in coordination with relevant departments.

• Analyse budget proposals, estimate costs, and forecast financial outcomes.

• Monitor budget utilization and highlight variances against actual expenses.

• Assist in financial planning, cost control measures, and resource allocation.

• Prepare budget-related financial reports and present findings to management.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate data.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.

• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for cost estimations.

• Assist in preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports for decision- making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cost control, project finance, and variance analysis.

• Exposure to budgeting in service/project-based environments.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
