Our client is a leading Real Estate & Mall Management Group with an excellent reputation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The Real Estate Financial Analyst will be responsible on following areas:

• Feasibility Studies
• Financial Models
• Financial Analysis

Skills

• Excel
• Analytical thinking

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in finance or related field
• A minimum of 4 years of financial analyst experience from real estate field.
• Open for any nationals base only in Saudi Arabia now
