Financial Analyst

Job Overview

Results-driven financial professional responsible for analyzing client financial situations and developing strategic, data-informed recommendations to improve long-term financial outcomes. Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments, evaluating income, expenses, debt structure, insurance coverage, and investment objectives to design customized financial strategies.

Leverage financial modeling and forecasting techniques to illustrate projected outcomes related to retirement planning, risk management, and wealth accumulation. Interpret financial data to identify gaps in protection or growth opportunities and present clear, actionable solutions aligned with client risk tolerance and time horizon.

Maintain ongoing portfolio reviews and performance tracking to ensure strategies remain aligned with changing economic conditions and client objectives. Educate clients on financial concepts, market trends, and asset allocation principles to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with team members to enhance client acquisition strategies, optimize financial planning processes, and improve overall client retention metrics. Develop strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data
  • Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts that support budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
  • Conduct cost accounting analyses to evaluate profitability, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Utilize financial software to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
  • Perform cash flow analysis for financial health and inform strategies.
  • Support business analysis initiatives through quantitative research, data visualization, and financial concepts application to enhance decision-making.

Experience:

  • No prior financial services experience required; comprehensive training and mentorship provided
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic with a track record of meeting goals and maintaining accountability
  • Proven leadership abilities through academic, professional, athletic, or community involvement
  • Experience managing responsibilities, projects, or teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships

Pay: $1,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
