As a Senior Associate within Credit Services FP&A, you will be a key driver of financial intelligence, turning complex data sets into actionable strategy. This is a high-impact role requiring expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Treasury and Strategy teams to power the future of finance.
The Role

Lead end-to-end financial analytics for the Credit Services line of business, overseeing period close processes and performance analysis.

Architect short-term and long-range forecasts using advanced modeling techniques to reflect shifting business strategies and competitive intelligence.

Deliver high-stakes KPIs, cost driver analysis, and investment return reporting to senior leadership.

Drive the adoption of advanced financial tools and automation to streamline reporting and eliminate manual bottlenecks.

Partner directly with Corporate Treasury and Strategy functions to ensure integrated financial planning and seamless execution of corporate goals.
What You'll Need

3-5 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Corporate Finance within the financial services sector.

Proven mastery of financial modeling, trend analysis, and variance reporting (Actuals vs. Forecast).

Strong technical proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced data visualization/BI tools.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex findings for executive stakeholders.
