Financial Analyst III | Austin, TX | Hybrid

We're working with a world-renowned consumer technology giant that is synonymous with innovation and premium craftsmanship on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a high-integrity finance professional to join their Global Business Solutions team and fuel innovation through rigorous data reconciliation and automated financial reporting.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data sets and executive-level financial insights, driving automation across regional shared service centers. You will leverage your expertise in revenue booking and process improvement to ensure this global leader maintains its reputation for excellence across four continents.

The Role

• Own the end-to-day reconciliation of residual commissions, managing large-scale data sets and tracking variances with precision.
• Partner with Information Systems & Technology and Order-to-Cash teams to identify root causes and build sustainable, scalable financial processes.
• Drive automation and process improvements to streamline monthly/quarterly revenue adjustments and reserve analysis.
• Maintain strict adherence to SOX controls while providing proactive reporting to support global business growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve tracking situations manually with carriers while architecting long-term automated fixes.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, specifically working with automated solutions and complex data reconciliations.
• Strong technical proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP systems and data automation software is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of SOX compliance, revenue booking, and audit tasks within a global corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BA, or BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data for different levels of management.
