Qualified candidates will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics from an accredited university.
  • Have advanced Excel skills; ability to produce reporting.
  • Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.
  • Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.
  • Maintain master databases and own the changes within both the debt and equity funds.
  • Support annual audits for all investments.
  • Have high integrity and excellent discretion with access to highly sensitive information.
