We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience to manage the full spectrum of financial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) with precision
• Oversee Payroll management and ensure compliance
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow, assist in budgeting, and forecasting
• Handle all aspects of accounting operations including expense tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in corporate or industry settings
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
