This new Financial Analyst position will provide support to our Senior Finance Manager, and help streamline reporting, enhance operational efficiency and provide actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions. functions as well as overall support within the accounting/finance departments where necessary

**This is a Full Time Salaried/Exempt FULLY ONSITE position! **
Basic Scheduled Work day: 8:30 am to 5pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Duties:

• Support with product cost analysis including materials, labor & overhead.
• Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to provide cost estimates for customer bids & new product opportunities.
• Track & evaluate Return on Investment for capital expenditures & operational initiatives.
• Support business analysis for strategic initiatives such as warehouse relocation or expansion, including cost-benefit evaluations.
• Track, analyze and reconcile fixed assets including additions, disposals, depreciation & related maintenance costs.
• Assist with month end closing activities including journal entries & account reconciliations.
• Support audit preparation & ensure compliance with internal controls & company policies.
• Assist in automating routine financial & reporting tasks, and help streamline data collection & reporting processes across ERP & Finance systems
• Provide general support & other accounting functions as needed.
• Ad Hoc duties and assignments as necessary

.Must have Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 1 - 3 Years Proven experience in finance management
• Advance Excel skills (formulas, macros, modeling) & excellent overall computer skills
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Fundamentals
• Power BI or equivalent data visualization/financial modeling tools
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
