Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst/Onsite 13355 Noel Road Dallas, TX. 75240 (This is not a remote position)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong quantitative skills, and the ability to communicate/interpret financial information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily sales and labor performance for the company

· Assist with annual café and company budget and bonus preparation for corporate stores

· Complete company store performance analysis, store level economics, and expectations on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis

· Complete financial modeling and analysis for capital expenditure and other major expenditure requests

· Prepare ROI analysis on various marketing/promotional initiatives

• Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and key performance indicators
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends
• Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives
• Assist with strategic planning and business case development
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management

· Must be able to plan and schedule accordingly to ensure all deadlines are met

· Highly motivated, responsible, strong initiative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of management

· Ability to handle highly confidential materials and information

· Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power Point preferred

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years’ experience as an Analyst or similar role

Pay: $82,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
