Job Summary

Earth Science Tech, Inc. (ETST) is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience who is highly skilled in Excel and Power BI and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for leadership
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Create and manage dashboards using Power BI
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Automate and improve reporting processes using advanced Excel
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Strong communication skills with ability to present insights clearly

Pay: $59,736.95 - $71,941.27 per year
