While our environment is fun and inviting, this is a critical role within our company. As our Financial Analyst, you will be the backbone of our financial planning and analysis. Your insights will directly impact our strategic decisions, making your organization, time management, and positive attitude essential to our collective success. You will be expected to handle all roles finance and accounting related. One day you may be sending invoices, the next you may be forecasting inventory usage, then sitting on a call negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Responsibilities

In this vital role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, writing journal entries, forecasting future trends, and providing actionable insights to our leadership team. You will prepare detailed financial reports, monitor variances, and assist with the annual budgeting process. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with various departments to ensure financial alignment and operational efficiency. Because your work drives our business strategy, your ability to manage time effectively and stay highly organized is paramount.

Requirements

following key requirements.

Requirement Description

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to see your colleagues succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
