Qualified candidates will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or data analytics from an accredited university.

Have advanced Excel skills; ability to do complex analysis.

Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.

Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.

Have high integrity and excellent discretion with access to highly sensitive information.
