Qualified candidates will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or data analytics from an accredited university.
• Have advanced Excel skills; ability to do complex analysis.
• Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.
• Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.
• Have high integrity and excellent discretion with access to highly sensitive information.
