Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst position is responsible for the proper and timely preparation of financial reports for management to monitor staffing levels, improve labor productivity and efficiency and control costs. This position also participates in the budget process by preparing budget work sheets and related activities. The Financial Analyst is also the Finance Department liaison on using technology to analyze and report labor information from a variety of sources (payroll, time and attendance, billing, etc).

This is a full time position working in the corporate office 5 days a week.

Relocation is not available.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in finance and financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel, experience working with Kronos, ADP, Lawson, Sage Intacct and related systems

Responsibilities:

• Prepares financial reports on a timely basis for management to monitor staffing levels, improve labor productivity and efficiency and control costs.
• Participates in the budget process by preparing budget work sheets and providing analytical support to managers.
• Reviews and analyzes clinical billing data prior to interfacing into the general ledger system data.
• Prepares and uploads financial reports for the interim and year end audit.
• Prepares and submits quarterly staffing data for auditing.
• Prepares and submits fiscal year census data to the Department of Health Care Services.
• Coordinates preparation for all surveys requiring financial and/or statistical data.
