Financial Analyst

Job Description:
Position supports the ongoing financial reporting and analysis activities of the Credit Union. Responsible for presenting and
interpreting models in support of strategic planning, annual budget, product pricing, asset liability management and
investment activity. Support the Accounting team with various reconcilements as well as HR Benefits billings. Works closely
with the Analyst Team to support and cross-train on critical responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare Board Reporting and Analyze
• Support Honda Federal Credit Unions business plan projections
• Work with Management Team providing assistance in various projects, monthly reports and product pricing
• Uses various business models-develop projections for long term analysis based on market conditions

Daily Tasks:

• Provide assistance to accounting team on various projects and reconcilements
• Prepare/support reporting
• Provide input and interpretation on Asset Liability risk (ie: IRR,Liquidity,NEV) analysis

Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Degree – BA w/3-5 years experience in Financial Services Industry
2. Technical and analytical skills to identify correlations between various groups of complex financial data
3. Advanced Excel skills – V-Lookup and Pivot tables

Developed interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
