Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify financial reports submitted by head of accounts for each entity.
  • Check accuracy of project costs, revenues, margins, and supporting documents
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
  • Identify discrepancies and follow up for corrections
  • Assist in preparing Schedules and providing samples for auditors and external

consultants (e.g., Deloitte)

  • Maintain organized project‑wise financial files
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Preferred CA
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
  • Ability to analyse data and identify errors
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in construction.
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting (Construction)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project‑based accounting
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (E-Promis, Oracle, or similar).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
