Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify financial reports submitted by head of accounts for each entity.
- Check accuracy of project costs, revenues, margins, and supporting documents
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
- Identify discrepancies and follow up for corrections
- Assist in preparing Schedules and providing samples for auditors and external
consultants (e.g., Deloitte)
- Maintain organized project‑wise financial files
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Preferred CA
- Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
- Ability to analyse data and identify errors
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in construction.
- 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounting (Construction)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project‑based accounting
- Knowledge of ERP systems (E-Promis, Oracle, or similar).
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
