This is a high-visibility role working closely with leadership on financial analysis, modeling, and strategic decision-making across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Build and analyze financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Partner with leadership on pricing, profitability, and business strategy
• Support reporting, dashboards, and key financial insights
• Assist with client/matter-level financial analysis and ad hoc projects
• Help improve processes, reporting tools, and financial infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience required (financial analysis, public accounting, or general accounting)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• GPA of 3.3+
• Currently employed and demonstrating strong performance
• Advanced Excel skills + strong analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
