Job Summary:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial performance management, strategic planning, and project viability assessments across real estate and PPP portfolios. The role focuses on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to support decision-making by senior management and project stakeholders. .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain project-specific financial models for PPP and real estate developments, covering revenue streams, cost structures, financing assumptions, and lifecycle cash flows.
2. Drive the budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring financial plans are aligned with contractual commitments, project milestones, and funding structures.
3. Design and automate management dashboards for executive reporting, integrating KPIs across operations, FM, and project financial performance.
4. Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis, highlighting key deviations against budget, forecast, and business case metrics.
5. Prepare detailed sensitivity and scenario analyses to support decision-making on pricing, asset utilization, lease structures, and funding strategies.
6. Partner with commercial, operations, and project management teams to assess financial impact of contract variations, change orders, and scope adjustments.
7. Support Board and Lender reporting, ensuring compliance with financing covenants and submission timelines under CTA or similar project documents.
8. Maintain strong governance and control over financial data integrity, reporting processes, and documentation as per internal and lender audit requirements.
9. Contribute to strategic presentations and business reviews with NEOM and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
1.Financial modeling for project finance / PPP structures
2.Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
3.Dashboarding and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
4.ERP / EPM systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
5.Financial covenant compliance and lender reporting
