Financial Analyst

Sandefur Enterprises, LLC is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst, III. The Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role by conducting quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects within this multi-unit, multi-brand restaurant company.

The Financial Analyst III

Collects and analyzes financial information including P&L review, weekly store level economics review, and store level performance review for business units in order to track the organization's progress against financial goals.

Reports current or expected financial performance and creates financial models to guide decision making.

Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls. Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.

Based on financial analysis, makes recommendations concerning internal controls

May oversee audits of policies and procedures meant to preserve the organization’s assets.

Experience and Education

Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of experience. Restaurant industry experienced preferred.
