Financial Analyst

Mindtree Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong grasp of financial data, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives.

Support management in preparing presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and local regulations.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Monitor financial performance against KPIs and suggest corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Proficiency in Excel, financial software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), and business intelligence tools.
