Financial Analyst - CA

Position: Financial Analyst - CA

Level: Mid-Level

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Consolidating and analyzing financial data, considering financial standing.

2. Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

3. Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks

4. Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.

5. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.

6. Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning, performing scenario analysis to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.

7. Monitor financial performance by preparing monthly/weekly Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards, analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and conducting variance analysis against budgets/forecasts.

8. Collaborate with business units (e.g., Credit, Collections, Operations) to track KPIs, provide financial insights, and recommend actions for improvement or cost reduction.

9. Conduct revenue and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) analysis, highlighting trends and identifying drivers.

10. Assist with cash flow management, liquidity monitoring, and investment analysis.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst

2. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications

3. Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages

4. Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills

5. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis

6. Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and business environments

7. CA or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
