Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst II/III to join our Accounting & Finance team. This role is critical to supporting strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple product lines and business units. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a solid understanding of corporate financial statements, and a passion for driving insights that support long-range planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

Apply core accounting principles including revenue and expense recognition, matching principles, and GAAP

Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives

Conduct variance analysis and contribute to long-range financial forecasts

Build, maintain, and improve financial models using Excel and SQL
-
Utilize and maintain Oracle EPBCS for financial reporting and analysis
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial decision-making across business units
-
Stay informed on macroeconomic trends and assess their impact on corporate financials
-
Developing and maintaining ad hoc reports and dashboards, developing financial models, and analyzing departmental financial results versus budget/forecasts

Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns to support business decisions

Preparing reports for senior management about the financial status of the business to support strategic decisions about future operations

Creating various sensitivity and scenario analysis

Serving as project support and project lead on various strategic or operational initiatives

Developing technical capabilities. Evaluate current systems and perform gap analysis, recommend and implement solutions. Assessing processes; recommending enhancements and documenting processes and procedures

Performing detailed analysis of P&Ls and making recommendations

Identifying system enhancements and projects, managing the integration and implementation of financial functions
-
Developing reporting tools to support monthly variance analysis over balance sheet, cash flow and profit and loss statements. Systematically identifying ways to automate financial function and analysis performed outside core systems

Conducting audits on financial data; providing recommendations on corporate risk levels
-
Developing/implementing system applications that support accounting and financial functions for the organization. Perform research and assist in problem resolution

Building business context surrounding the financial items being researched and flush out trends and data

Developing relationships with key partners across the organization to deepen analysis and findings tied to finance and accounting manners
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

At least 2 years of professional experience in an analytical or financial role.

Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, such as formulas, aggregation functions, data management, data visualization, and financial modeling

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
-
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)

Experience with applications such as PowerQuery, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, or similar tools is a plus

Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles

Experience in the banking industry
