About the Role:
The Financial Analyst III plays a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis efforts within the organization, ensuring accurate forecasting and insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making. This position involves analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize business performance and profitability. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, monitor financial metrics, and assess the impact of business initiatives. The Financial Analyst III is responsible for maintaining financial models and dashboards that provide transparency and clarity to stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Six (6) years of experience in a financial analyst role to include tracking technical and financial milestones.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling techniques.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in financial, administrative and program management.

Demonstrated knowledge/competence in web-based research as well as analysis using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools.

Responsibilities:

Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving investment programs or financial data of public or private institutions, including valuation of businesses.

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

Analyze financial statements, operational metrics, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with business units to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by reconciling financial data and ensuring accuracy.

Continuously improve financial processes and tools to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
