Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber college intern to join our team as a Financial Analyst Intern, supporting our real estate and private credit platform. This role is ideal for a student interested in real estate finance, investment banking, private credit, or general finance, and who wants hands-on exposure across underwriting, operations, and marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with loan underwriting and financial analysis
• Support deal execution and operational workflows
• Analyze property-level data, borrower financials, and deal structures
• Help prepare investment summaries, loan scenarios, and internal reports
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts, including deal materials and market research
• Work closely with senior team members across multiple functions

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Requirements

• Minimum 18 hours per week
• In-office role based in North Miami
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong Excel and communication skills (advanced skills a plus)
