Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a strong audit background and advanced Excel skills to support real estate financial analysis, reporting, and investment modeling.

Mandatory Requirements:

• CA Intermediate (ICAP – Pakistan)
• Articleship completed with a reputable audit firm
• 1–3 years’ experience as an External Auditor
• Strong command of MS Excel (financial models, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Sound understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting

Preferred:

Hands-on experience in Real Estate Financial Modeling (IRR, NPV, cash flows)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review financial models for real estate projects
• Analyze project cash flows, profitability, and investment returns
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Assist management with financial insights and decision support
