Financial Analyst (SaaS) – Your Impact:

You will provide analysis and reporting that drives strategic business decisions, extracting information from CRM systems to analyze campaign data, optimize lead workflows, and deliver your findings and reports.

You will:

• Analyze SaaS revenue performance, subscription metrics, and key indicators (ie: ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV)
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance teams to evaluate campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion effectiveness
• Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems to manage and report on lead workflows, pipeline health, and revenue attribution
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly present financial, operational, and campaign insights
• Provide actionable recommendations that optimize marketing investments, customer acquisition efficiency, and overall profitability
• Partner with department leaders to translate financial and campaign data into strategic insights
• Ensure data accuracy through ongoing review of lead data hygiene, enrichment, and process alignment
• Monitor performance against budgets and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Financial Analyst (SaaS) - Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit

You have:

• Prior experience in financial analysis role performing complex analysis of spreadsheets and financial data
• Strong expertise in MS Excel – multi tab spreadsheets, complex formulas, vLookups, pivot tables
• Solid communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance or related

You might have:

• Experience with financial analysis in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company
• Experience with financial analysis of commission / sales data
• Prior experience pulling data from Salesforce for analysis

Financial Analyst (SaaS) – For You

Your compensation will be $90,000 to $115,000 base salary, depending on experience. You will be provided with medical insurance options with strong employer contribution towards your premium for you and your family, flexible PTO time off and 100% remote work.
