Financial Analyst (Transportation and Warehouse)

Who You Are:
As the Financial Analyst, Transportation & Warehouse, you will provide comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support decision making and drive financial performance across the transportation and warehouse teams. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Finance, this role includes detailed financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to help shape Nutrabolt’s future.What You're Good At:
Serve as a strategic business partner to the supply chain organization, supporting monthly results and quarterly forecasts.
Act as the primary point of contact for all transportation and warehouse related financial inquiries
Lead the driver‑based forecasting process, incorporating business risks, industry trends, and changes in transportation strategy to deliver accurate and actionable reporting
Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasting processes
Conduct deep‑dive variance analyses, explaining deviations between actuals and forecasts, and provide insights to supply chain leadership
Partner with supply chain leaders to aggregate and report KPIs, conduct ROI analyses, and identify actionable opportunities for operational improvement
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency, agility, and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis
What You Contribute:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field
1–3 years of experience in finance
Proficiency in Excel and experience building PowerPoint presentations.
Experience with Power BI, SQL/Databases, Data Mining, or OneStream (strongly preferred)
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management with a high degree of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
Comfortable developing multiple scenarios to communicate a risk-adjusted range of expected financial performance
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional leaders
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
