Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Mentor & Financial Analyst to join our dynamic learning ecosystem. As a Mentor, you will play a critical role in the success of a specific student batch, guiding them from onboarding through the end of the course and eventual migration to the Alumni community. You will serve as the bridge between students and instructors, ensuring an engaging, smooth, and impactful learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Batch Management & Course Engagement

• Take full ownership of the assigned batch from onboarding to alumni migration (12–16 weeks duration).
• Conduct weekly mid-week sessions twice a week (morning and evening) to assist with topic clarity and reinforce learning.
• Grade and review weekly assignments before the live sessions to ensure students receive timely feedback.
• Assist instructors during the weekly live sessions, facilitating smoother delivery and interaction.
• Student Support & Communication
• Remain active on Discord, especially in the discussion channel:
• Answer student queries promptly.
• Monitor discussions and tickets to maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, engagement, and progress throughout the course.
• Set up competition accounts prior to any contests or challenges related to the curriculum.
• Continuously learn and understand new strategies shared within the community to enhance mentoring effectiveness.
• Maintain and grow your personal investment portfolio (any market, any platform), submitting monthly performance reports as a measure of real-world investing engagement.
• Help lead trainer in tasks related to data gathering, analysis, interpretation and advice
• Pursue continuous learning by enrolling in advanced or newly introduced courses offered by the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Economics, Finance, Trading, Education, or related fields.
• Prior experience as an analyst, trainer, educator, or coach is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and interest in trading/financial markets is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Discord, LMS tools, and productivity platforms.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to student success.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet weekly deadlines.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
