Full‑Time | On‑Site | $50-$55k

Bluepoint Hospitality Group is seeking a detail‑driven Financial and HR Administrator to support accounting, payroll, and core HR administrative functions for our growing boutique hospitality group in downtown Easton.

Responsibilities:

  • Full‑cycle accounting support: AP, AR, payroll, invoicing
  • Payroll processing and related compliance
  • General ledger and account reconciliations
  • Sales & use tax and personal property tax filings
  • Fixed assets and depreciation tracking
  • HR administrative support including employee records, onboarding documentation, and coordination with management
  • Work closely with operations and leadership across multiple venues

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher (preferred)
  • 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • 3+ years QuickBooks experience (Premier preferred)
  • Payroll and HR administrative experience preferred
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: On‑site, downtown Easton (no remote option)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

  • Easton, MD 21601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
