Financial and HR Administrator

Bluepoint Hospitality Group is seeking a detail‑driven Financial and HR Administrator to support accounting, payroll, and core HR administrative functions for our growing boutique hospitality group in downtown Easton.
Responsibilities:
- Full‑cycle accounting support: AP, AR, payroll, invoicing
- Payroll processing and related compliance
- General ledger and account reconciliations
- Sales & use tax and personal property tax filings
- Fixed assets and depreciation tracking
- HR administrative support including employee records, onboarding documentation, and coordination with management
- Work closely with operations and leadership across multiple venues
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- 3+ years QuickBooks experience (Premier preferred)
- Payroll and HR administrative experience preferred
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail

Location: On‑site, downtown Easton (no remote option)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Ability to Relocate:
- Easton, MD 21601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
