Role Overview

The Financial Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits of financial systems and processes.
• Review financial statements, records, and transactions for accuracy.
• Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Identify risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with finance and management teams to strengthen financial practices.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Support external auditors during annual audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CIA certification preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in auditing or financial control.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and auditing tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
