Financial / Budget Analyst (DoD RMIC & Audit Support)(5669)

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Financial / Budget Analyst to support DoD financial management, audit readiness, and internal control activities. This role supports high-visibility audit efforts and enterprise-level financial compliance initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

Support budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis activities
Assist in development and execution of Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC) programs
Support audit readiness efforts, including preparation and validation of audit artifacts
Analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems
Develop and track corrective action plans for audit findings and internal control deficiencies
Coordinate with program offices to ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting
Experience supporting DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, CCaR)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or similar certification
Experience supporting DoD audit activities (e.g., SBR audits, RMIC, FMFIA compliance)

Experience working with internal controls and audit documentation

Security Requirements:

Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
