Position Summary

LGMG North America is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Business Analyst to support the Finance team through system automation, financial reporting, and process optimization. This role will focus on improving financial visibility, enhancing reporting accuracy, and streamlining systems to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and business processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop, automate, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in financial reporting and analysis
• Work with financial systems (SAP, accounting software, expense systems) to optimize functionality and data integrity
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency across systems
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes through reporting and analysis
• Create and maintain documentation for financial processes, reporting structures, and system workflows
• Support audits by providing accurate data and reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a similar role
• Strong experience with financial reporting and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, accounting software, expense management tools)
• Proven ability to automate reports and improve financial processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools
• Experience with system integrations and financial data management
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or equipment industry is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,707.02 per year
