About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance & Financial Review Analyst to join our finance and compliance operations team in North Chicago, IL. This role involves reviewing key financial and operational transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of accounting and finance principles, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in compliance, accounting, and financial review.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cash disbursement reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Review No-Charge Sales Orders, Evaluation/Demonstration Product, and Sample Activity requests for adherence to internal guidelines.
• Audit Promotional and Educational Materials and track Aggregate Spend reporting for compliance and transparency.
• Review Customer Visit and Training Activity expenses for business justification and proper documentation.
• Monitor and review OneConcur US and Corporate Card transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Apply basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles to daily business needs.
• Utilize software tools and business applications to conduct compliance reviews efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support on financial and compliance processes to team members.
• Work independently under general supervision within established policies and procedures.
• Participate in financial and compliance projects, completing deliverables within time and budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate regularly with analysts, managers, and Legal Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Concur).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
