Financial Control and Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a teammate to join our Financial Control and Reporting team!

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in audit firms and/or reporting departments in a multinational company,
• Knowledge of accounting principles (Local and IFRS), and preferably experience in consolidation,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Excellent team player, ability to listen to different perspectives and show/perform flexibility,
• Proactive and ambitious to add value,
• Excellent communications skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,

Job Description:

• Communicating internal deadlines within Group companies and follow up timely delivery to meet IFRS and management reporting deadlines,
• Providing guidance and supervision to Group companies,
• Following IFRS reporting updates and other local regulations, ensuring the compliance of the Group companies with those standards,
• Organizing the relations with independent auditors,
• Preparation of quarterly group IFRS financial statements of AG Anadolu Group Holding in accordance with CMB and annual financial statements of other holding companies in accordance with TTC,
• Controlling of quarterly Group companies’ IFRS packages,
• Controlling and reviewing monthly management reports of the group companies in accordance with IFRS and supporting to preparation of monthly consolidated management report,
• Contributing to the ad-hoc reports, studies and analysis; preparing the presentations to the management,
• Supporting management’s decision process by preparing detailed budget analysis of Group Companies,
• Controlling and monitoring the financial key performance indicators of Group Companies.
