Financial Controller

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, and in reporting any deviations from the plan,

Support the preparation of statutory and regulatory financial reports

Play an active role in monthly and annual closing processes

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and reporting

Develop and document accounting policies and internal control procedures

Support both internal and external audit processes

Preferably experienced in cost and financial control

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferably has an audit background and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industrial sector

Strong analytical thinking and planning skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Team player with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and initiative-taking abilities

CPA (SMMM) certification is an asset

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes

Good understanding of IFRS reporting, experience in cost and financial controlling preferred

Preferably experienced in accounting software such as SAP, with process management capabilities
