We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and compliance with brand and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hotel finance operations, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with Omani laws, VAT, and brand standards
• Maintain internal controls, cash flow, and cost control
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Act as financial advisor to the General Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (professional certification preferred)
• 10+ years’ finance experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial systems and reporting
• Experience in Oman/GCC is an advantage
