Financial Controller

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial reporting. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all accounting functions, manage financial analysis, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. In addition, there may be an opportunity to act as a fractional controller for external clients.

<Responsibilities>

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and disclosures for internal management.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation, account analysis, and month-end closing procedures.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management strategies, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes through automation and the adoption of advanced financial software solutions.

<Qualifications>

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in corporate accounting with a strong understanding of technical accounting standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software; experience with financial management tools is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cash management practices, account reconciliation techniques, and double-entry bookkeeping principles.
• Experience managing accounts payable/receivable processes along with payroll administration is required.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
