Financial Controller

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role will manage financial processes, compliance, and reporting, while also providing strategic support to the CEO and CFO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor and improve internal controls and financial procedures.
• Oversee in cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
• Manage Corporate Compliance filing related matters.
• Supervise and support the finance team in daily operations.
• Prepare and review tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Work closely with different departments to optimize financial performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting or controlling in Real Estate Industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation: Base Salary, Annual Performance Bonus, Full benefit after abatement period, including Health, Dental and Life Insurance, 401K match, Paid vacation, Sick hours.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
