Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is an organized and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple business entities. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing cash flow, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely execution of all financial obligations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, systems-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where they will own both execution and improvement of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Flow & Accounts Management
- Manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts (Bank, credit cards, etc.)
- Execute bill payments, credit card payments, and vendor payouts
- Monitor and update live budget tracking and payout schedules
- Ensure all invoices are paid and receivables are collected on time
Accounting & Bookkeeping Oversight
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks for multiple entities
- Categorize transactions and reconcile discrepancies against internal budgets
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in financial data
Payroll & Time Tracking
- Support bi-weekly payroll processing
Reporting & Financial Visibility
- Prepare monthly financial summary reports for leadership
- Track and report on key financial metrics and budget performance
- Maintain real-time visibility into company financial position
Qualifications
- 2+ years in accounting, finance, or controller-level role
- Strong experience with QuickBooks and financial systems
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage both daily execution and higher-level financial oversight
Nice to Have
- Experience with budgeting tools or live financial tracking systems
- Background in small-to-mid sized business environments
- Experience improving financial processes or implementing systems

Schedule & Compensation:
- 24 Hours a week minimum | Schedule discussion in interview
- In-person work required (not remote).
- Compensation based on experience. $28-$31 scale. This will be based on experience level.
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
