Financial Controller

Roscaval is a growing and forward-thinking organization focused on operational excellence, financial integrity, and sustainable business growth. As we continue to expand in Qatar, we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance operations and strengthen our financial governance in Lusail.

Role Overview
The Financial Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls. This is a strategic leadership role suited for a finance professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to drive financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies
• Develop and maintain strong internal control systems and financial procedures
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management
• Optimize financial processes and improve reporting efficiency
• Supervise and mentor finance team members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent required
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
